WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The warranty periods are varying for difference services and plans subscription.

The warranty does not coverany costs or the loses of repairs or replacements which may be or become necessary as a result of the activity of subterranean termites.

Should infestations by subterranean termites occur within the warranty period termiticide injection at the affected area will be undertaken at no extra charge.

The benefits of the warranty are automatically transferred to any subsequent owner of the treated building. The benefits of the warranty of the said premises shall not transferred to any other premises other than the original premises during sign up.

The owner of the treated building must allow us to do inspection within the property when necessary. If the owner filed to do so will invalidate this warranty. Any additional extension or renovation to the treated building must notify us in order for us to recommend the necessary preventive solutions. Failure to make such notification or treatment will invalidate this warranty.

VIOLATIONS OF THESE TERMS OF USE

You agree that we, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, may terminate your access to this website and/or block your future access to this website if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of this website. You also agree that any violation by you of these Terms of Use will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to us, for which monetary damages would be inadequate; and you consent to our obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that we deem necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies we may have at law or in equity.
