Termite Refundable Protection Plan(TRPP):-

TRPP are not refundable upon sign up.
Customer who signsup TRPP entitled to enjoy 90% of money backof the purchased priceif termite infestation happensafter 90 days upon sign up.

Other Pest Control Services: -

No refund claims will be considered once the pest control service has been carried out

Renewal:

TRPP will automatically renew and charge your account or credit card when your current subscription expires. Subscription will continue for another 12 months if you do not give notice of termination before 60days of renewal date. This is to prevents the TRPP from expiring and allows the customer to continue to accrue benefits.

Cancellation/ Termination:

No cancellation will be considered upon sign up.

TRPP and other services termination shall be made before 60 days of renewal date by providing noticeto us. If the customer failed to comply, process of termination may incur cost, and cost shall bear by customer.
